# CleanFlo > Cleaning business management software built for UK cleaning companies. CleanFlo > combines job scheduling, staff rota management, VAT invoicing with BACS details, > health & safety compliance (RAMS and risk assessments), quoting, lead capture, > a private client portal, a public website for the business, analytics, and > inventory and equipment tracking, with a mobile app for cleaning teams. One > flat price a month, unlimited staff. CleanFlo is a UK SaaS product. Pricing is a 14-day free trial with full access, then £19.99 per month for the CleanFlo plan with unlimited staff, clients and locations. Month to month, no contract, cancel anytime. Enterprise pricing is available for franchises and multi-site operations. ## Key facts - Who and where: CleanFlo is built and run by WhealBit, in Penzance, Cornwall, United Kingdom, and has been since 2025. Full facts, dated, and what CleanFlo does not claim: https://cleanflo.io/about/ - Country: United Kingdom. Currency: GBP. VAT: standard rate 20% on cleaning services. - Pricing: £19.99/month after a 14-day free trial. Month to month, cancel anytime. - Unlimited staff, clients and locations on the paid plan. - Setup time: about 15 minutes from nothing to a first job on the rota; an evening to move an existing round across, because access notes and keys need checking as they land. - Health & safety: RAMS, 5×5 hazard matrix risk assessments, incident logging, audit scheduling, live compliance score. - Invoicing: invoices generated from completed jobs, BACS sort code and account number, unique payment references, one-click CSV export. VAT invoicing if the business is VAT registered; no VAT anywhere on the invoice if it is not. - Website: a public page for the business at cleanflo.io/p/your-name with fourteen layouts, ten design controls, live job counts and client ratings, and a quote form that lands in the enquiries inbox. The address is derived from the company name; custom domains are not supported. - Mobile: cleaner portal with schedules, job checklists, push notifications and offline support. - Supported business types, each with a page of its own on this site: Domestic (https://cleanflo.io/domestic-cleaning-software/): Weekly and fortnightly houses; Commercial (https://cleanflo.io/commercial-cleaning-software/): Offices, clinics, the job after five; End of tenancy (https://cleanflo.io/end-of-tenancy-cleaning-software/): Move-outs, agents and deposits; Holiday lets (https://cleanflo.io/holiday-let-cleaning-software/): Changeovers on a four-hour clock; Airbnb (https://cleanflo.io/airbnb-cleaning-software/): Turnovers between guests, proof for the host; Windows (https://cleanflo.io/window-cleaning-software/): Rounds that repeat, and who has gone quiet; Carpets and upholstery (https://cleanflo.io/carpet-cleaning-software/): Priced per item, judged on two photographs; One-off and specialist (https://cleanflo.io/specialist-cleaning-software/): Ovens, deep cleans, after builders, jet washing; Facilities management (https://cleanflo.io/facilities-management-cleaning-software/): Soft FM across multiple sites; Multi-site and franchise (https://cleanflo.io/enterprise/): Several sites, several branches, and what head office cannot see. A business type is named here only when there is a page behind it. One-person rounds are served on the same plan at the same price and are one of the seven doors on the read-only demo, but have no page of their own yet. - The work the catalogue can price on day one is wider than the pages, and is not the same list. CleanFlo ships priced starter catalogues for fourteen kinds of cleaning work, plus a shelf of add-ons that applies to any clean: domestic and residential, deep cleaning, end of tenancy and move-out, commercial and office, retail and leisure, healthcare and medical, industrial and warehouse, holiday let and Airbnb, after builders, carpet and upholstery, window cleaning, oven cleaning, gutter and exterior and jet washing, and laundry and ironing. Every price and duration in them is an editable starting guide rather than a market rate, and nothing is added to a company's catalogue until it is ticked and confirmed. - Fleet: MOT, road tax and insurance renewal tracking for company vehicles, plus fuel and mileage logged against each one. - Waste transfer notes: shipped, and the duty-of-care paperwork for controlled waste is written in the product rather than on a pad: season tickets for repeat collections, one-off notes, EWC codes from a picker rather than free text, hazardous consignment details and the consignee's Part E return, and an A4 note that prints. The carrier's registration is checked against the Environment Agency's public register at the moment of signing rather than typed in, the carrier signs from a link of their own, and each site's notes follow the rules of the nation that site is in. ### What you pay, by headcount Cleaners | What you pay a month | Per cleaner 1 | £19.99 | £19.99 3 | £19.99 | £6.66 5 | £19.99 | £4.00 10 | £19.99 | £2.00 20 | £19.99 | £1.00 40 | £19.99 | £0.50 Every cell is CleanFlo's own price, £19.99 a month, divided by the headcount and rounded to the nearest penny. Staff, clients and locations are uncapped, so the middle column is the same figure six times: that is the argument, not a mistake. To read it against a quote you already have, multiply your own quoted per-user rate by the headcount to compare. Jobber, Squeegee and GetCleanFlow charge per user, so their column would climb where CleanFlo's does not. ServiceM8 meters jobs, ZenMaid meters appointments and Swept meters locations. Read off each company's own pricing page on 6 September 2026. Their numbers are theirs to publish and CleanFlo's is above, so no competitor figure appears anywhere on this site. ## What is in this document 1. What CleanFlo does 2. Try it without signing up 3. Optional ## What CleanFlo does - Scheduling: day, week and month calendars, one-off and recurring jobs, staff assigned across sites, double-booking warnings, push and email on every change. - Cleaner mobile app: schedules, job checklists, photos, 27 languages matched to the device, and full offline operation that syncs when signal returns. - Staff: invite a cleaner by WhatsApp, text or email with a single-use link; owner, supervisor and cleaner roles; hourly pay rates against job costs; shift swaps; 30 days of per-cleaner job history. - Clients: client and site records, plus a private client portal where a client sees their schedule, clean history and invoices, messages the team, and requests a clean that lands in the rota as a job. - Your website: a public page for the business at cleanflo.io/p/your-name, built from the services, town and job history CleanFlo already holds; fourteen structurally different layouts chosen by four questions about the work, four palettes and three letterings per layout, ten design controls, your own photographs and testimonials, job counts and client ratings read live from the company's own records, and a quote form that lands in the enquiries inbox. No client data appears on it, and a finished example is published at https://cleanflo.io/p/coastalcleaningdemo, which is a made-up company, labelled as one in a bar across the top, carrying invented reviews and a form that does not send, and kept out of search results. - Enquiries and quoting: a request-a-quote page of your own and an embeddable quote form for your website; leads arrive in an inbox and move through new, contacted, quoted, won or lost; client referral links attribute leads; an enquiry converts to a quote and an accepted quote converts to an invoice. - Health and safety: risk assessments on a 5x5 hazard matrix (RAMS), incident logging by severity, scheduled audits, a live compliance score, and a documentation vault. - Invoicing: invoices generated from completed jobs with BACS details and unique payment references, emailed in one click, with payment status tracked. VAT is optional: signup asks whether the business is VAT registered and defaults to no, and with it off an invoice carries no VAT number, no VAT column, no per-line VAT and no VAT total. - Inventory and equipment: chemicals, tools, PPE, hardware and parts counted per location against a minimum you set, automatic low-stock alerts, supply requests raised by cleaners from site, and an equipment register with serial numbers, condition, loans and maintenance history. - Clean reports: a completed job goes out to the client as its own page: what was done, when it started and finished, and the cleaner's photographs, with no client account needed to open it. - Complaints: a client raises a concern from their own portal; it is logged, assigned and closed against the site it happened at, with a date on every step. - Cleaner rota feed: each cleaner subscribes once to a private calendar link (iCal) that updates itself as the schedule changes, inside whichever calendar app they already use. - Payroll: clock-in and clock-out times become hours worked with breaks, travel time and overtime calculated, and a weekly pay run, estimated from the job as scheduled, not verified clock evidence for a billing dispute. - Mileage claims: cleaners log journeys made in their own vehicle and are reimbursed at the HMRC mileage rate, with every claim recorded rather than paid in cash. - Site surveys: walk a building room by room and price it on the spot; the walkthrough turns into a numbered draft quote once back in signal. - Expenses: fuel, chemicals, parking and congestion charges logged against a job or a van with a photographed receipt, totalled into the same reports as revenue. - Vehicles and the fleet: every van on the register with its plate, mileage and driver, MOT/road tax/insurance renewals counted down, and fuel logged against the vehicle. - Referrals: a referral card on the client portal lets a happy client pass the business on, with the referral attributed, plus a CleanFlo-of-your-own referral code. - Team messaging: a chat kept against the company and the job it concerns, rather than a WhatsApp group that scrolls out of reach. - Notifications: push and email on assigned, moved, cancelled, completed, invoiced, overdue and running-late events, plus a daily briefing at six with the first job on it. - Services and pricing: one catalogue every job and quote is priced from, with add-ons priced apart from the base clean. - Reporting: revenue, staff performance and client breakdowns, with one-click CSV export. ## Try it without signing up There are fully populated, read-only demo companies at https://app.cleanflo.io/login?demo=1, with no signup, no card. The link opens a chooser of seven business types (a one-person round, a growing team, end of tenancy and lettings, holiday lets and Airbnb, window cleaning rounds, offices and commercial contracts, facilities management and multi-site), each opening a working CleanFlo account. Five seeded companies sit behind those seven doors, and they are deliberately five different sizes, because the same flat price has to make sense at each of them. The window round belongs to the growing team, and the multi-site operation is the commercial one. - Coastal Cleans, the one-person round: an owner and one cleaner, 18 domestic clients, 96 jobs at a flat 35 pounds, and the only one of the five that is not VAT registered. - Bright & Co Cleaning, the growing team: an owner and eight cleaners in Bristol, 115 clients (100 domestic, 3 small commercial contracts, 12 on a window round), 291 jobs over five weeks, a pending shift swap and four overdue invoices. - Keyholder Cleans, the end of tenancy specialist: five staff, six clients (four letting agents on 30-day terms, two private), 18 sites, 19 jobs, eight invoices and five quotes. - Turnover Squad, the holiday let specialist: an owner and three cleaners, 26 properties, 75 turnovers over three weeks. - Meridian Facilities, the multi-site operation: 30 staff, 50 clients across about 57 sites, five and a half weeks of jobs, invoices, quotes, enquiries and an equipment register. Every screen is live; every save is refused. CleanFlo also publishes 17 free, no-signup calculators for cleaning businesses. They run entirely client-side, store nothing, and use UK rates, UK VAT at 20% and UK employment rules. They are written to be quoted and cited. Alongside them are 16 free printable templates: checklists, rotas and specifications, quotes, invoices and contracts, and health and safety paperwork, each on a page that prints and most of them downloadable as a PDF or a spreadsheet. ## Free tools and calculators ### Pricing & Quoting - This is the place to look for how a feature actually works rather than what it is for. ### Getting started - [What CleanFlo is](https://cleanflo.io/help/what-cleanflo-is/): A plain tour of the whole product, from the dashboard you open on to the invoice at the end, including the phone half your cleaners hold and what all of it replaces. - [Setting up in an afternoon](https://cleanflo.io/help/setting-up/): An afternoon, in the right order. Company details before clients, clients before cleans, services before either, because each step needs the one before it to exist. - [Finding your way around](https://cleanflo.io/help/navigating-cleanflo/): Where everything lives, so you stop hunting for it. The sidebar's six groups, the strip along the top, and the search palette that reaches every record in the business at once. - [Reading the dashboard](https://cleanflo.io/help/the-dashboard/): The dashboard answers one question: what needs me today. Every card on it explained in the order you meet them, including the ones that only appear when something is wrong. - [Your plan and your bill](https://cleanflo.io/help/plans-and-billing/): CleanFlo is £19.99 a month whatever size you grow to, after 14 days free. Where your plan lives, what the Stripe portal handles, and what actually happens if a payment fails. ### Scheduling & cleans - [Using the calendar](https://cleanflo.io/help/the-calendar/): The four calendar views, the week navigation and what its labels mean, the summary strip, the week grid and its now line, quick booking from an empty slot, and the right-click menus. - [Creating a clean](https://cleanflo.io/help/creating-a-job/): The Add clean drawer end to end: templates, client and location, dates and duration, services and add-ons, the estimated price, the checklist, the cleaner, notes, and what happens when you save. - [Repeating a clean](https://cleanflo.io/help/recurring-jobs/): CleanFlo writes out real cleans rather than storing a repeating rule, which is why you can edit one week without touching the rest. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, ending on a count or a date. - [Assigning a cleaner](https://cleanflo.io/help/assigning-cleaners/): The Assigned Staff picker and its live availability badges, what happens when a clean has nobody on it, how the Dashboard chases those, and reassigning a batch of cleans at once. - [How a clean moves through its statuses](https://cleanflo.io/help/job-status/): A clean moves Scheduled, In Progress, Done, and your cleaner is usually the one moving it. What each state means, when you should override it, and what a finished clean records about itself. - [Clean templates](https://cleanflo.io/help/job-templates/): Saving a clean you book over and over as a reusable configuration: the Clean templates sheet, every field in the template drawer, and how a template is loaded onto a new clean. - [Emailing the week's schedule](https://cleanflo.io/help/emailing-schedules/): Sending every cleaner their next fortnight by email: the Send Schedule sheet, who appears in it, what the email contains, and the automatic notifications that fire without you. - [Photo and reading requirements](https://cleanflo.io/help/checklist-requirements/): Give any checklist line a Photo required or a Reading required, with a reading type, a minimum, a maximum and a unit. The requirement copies onto every job the template builds, the cleaner app shows and enforces it, Complete clean will not finish while one is unmet unless a cleaner writes a reason, and the Checklist requirements module turns all of it off. ### Clients & locations - [Adding a client](https://cleanflo.io/help/adding-clients/): The Clients screen, the Add new client sheet field by field, the seven quick-reference tags your cleaners see, and the portal settings you can switch on while you are there. - [Locations and properties](https://cleanflo.io/help/locations-and-properties/): A client is who pays; a location is where the work happens. Adding sites, the four cleaning statuses they carry, and the map pin that lets CleanFlo check a clean started at the right address. - [Editing and removing clients](https://cleanflo.io/help/managing-clients/): The client page, its rail of everything about the record, the Locations/Activity/Invoices/Complaints/Messages tabs, the Edit Client drawer, and what deleting a client actually removes compared with marking them inactive. - [The client portal](https://cleanflo.io/help/the-client-portal/): Give a client a link and a PIN and they can see their own cleans without ringing you. Three visibility levels decide how much, and they can ask for a clean through it if you let them. - [The Locations Map](https://cleanflo.io/help/locations-map/): Every property on one map, coloured by the client it belongs to and iconed by what kind of place it is, with the same register beside it so the map is a way to browse, not a decoration next to one. - [Property issues](https://cleanflo.io/help/property-issues/): What a cleaner reports when something is wrong with the property, not the clean: damage, a repair needed, something missing, supplies running low or a safety concern. Two taps from the active job, a photo if there is one, and it works offline. High severity emails the owner today; low and medium reach your own admins and wait for you. The admin panel resolves it, closes it, or books the repair as a job. - [Key safe and alarm codes](https://cleanflo.io/help/access-codes/): A key safe or alarm code, stored encrypted rather than typed into a notes field: an owner adds or rotates it from the Keys & access panel, and it is shown, never displayed, to only an owner or the cleaner booked at that address today. Every reveal is logged, who, when and from which job, with the last twenty on the panel itself. A code past its rotation window gets the company's owners one reminder each morning until it is changed. A supervisor can see the list and the log but cannot act on either. ### Your team - [Adding a cleaner](https://cleanflo.io/help/adding-staff/): The Staff screen and its five tabs, the two ways to give a cleaner access, the password that is only shown once, and what your cleaner does with the email that arrives. - [Staff status and activity](https://cleanflo.io/help/staff-status/): The staff detail page: the presence pill and what drives it, the tabs, the reporting period pills, clean history and availability, and where the same numbers turn up in Reports. - [Editing, deactivating and removing staff](https://cleanflo.io/help/managing-staff/): Deactivating a cleaner and deleting one are not the same thing, and only one of them is safe. What each does to their cleans and their history, how to get somebody back in, and what changes when you promote a cleaner to supervisor. - [Employment records](https://cleanflo.io/help/employment-records/): The Employment tab: contract type and dates, contracted hours and the overtime rule, how holiday is worked out, the payroll reference, and an emergency contact. Owner-only, enforced in the database, and deliberately without a National Insurance number. - [Holiday balances](https://cleanflo.io/help/holiday-balances/): How much holiday somebody has, has taken and has booked: three separate figures, on both the staff record and the cleaner’s own phone, worked out from the same source so they can never disagree. - [Sickness and fit notes](https://cleanflo.io/help/sickness-and-fit-notes/): Recording a sickness absence, the seven-day self-certification line, and filing a fit note in a place only two people can open. Owner-only, and deliberately without an absence score. ### The cleaner app - [What your cleaners see](https://cleanflo.io/help/the-cleaner-app/): A tour of the phone half of CleanFlo: how a cleaner gets in, the five tabs and what each one holds, the anatomy of a clean on the list, and what they are never shown. - [Starting and finishing a clean](https://cleanflo.io/help/starting-and-finishing-a-job/): The loop a cleaner repeats all day: opening the clean, starting it, ticking the checklist, adding photos and notes, reporting lost property, and what the finished clean tells you afterwards. - [Working with no signal](https://cleanflo.io/help/working-offline/): Cleaners work in basements and plant rooms, so the app assumes the signal will go. What gets queued, what happens on reconnect, and the few things that genuinely need a network. - [The app in 27 languages](https://cleanflo.io/help/languages/): A checklist somebody cannot read is a checklist that does not get followed. The cleaner app ships in 27 languages and picks one from the phone itself, with no setup from you. ### Services & pricing - [Creating services and add-ons](https://cleanflo.io/help/creating-services/): The catalogue every clean, quote and invoice line is priced from: creating a service, creating an add-on, what the base price and duration do, and where both turn up later. - [Keeping the catalogue tidy](https://cleanflo.io/help/managing-your-catalogue/): Change a price and the question is always what happens to work already booked. The answer differs for cleans, quotes and invoices, and it is worth knowing before you edit anything. ### Quotes & invoicing - [Your website](https://cleanflo.io/help/your-website/): A public page for your business at cleanflo.io/p/your-name: fourteen designs, your services, photos, areas and a quote form. Built in the app and live the same evening. - [Enquiries and the public quote form](https://cleanflo.io/help/enquiries/): A public, no-login page where a stranger can ask for a quote, and the inbox those requests land in. This is the step before a quote exists. - [Quoting for work](https://cleanflo.io/help/quotes/): A quote is priced work you have offered and not yet won. This covers building one, the five states it passes through, and the one conversion CleanFlo offers when it is accepted. - [Surveying a site before you quote](https://cleanflo.io/help/site-surveys/): Walk a building room by room on the phone, then turn what you logged into a priced quote in one click. Site Surveys is the office half of that: what has been walked, and what is ready to quote. - [Raising an invoice](https://cleanflo.io/help/creating-an-invoice/): The Invoicing screen and its two tabs, raising an invoice from the completed cleans CleanFlo has already gathered for you, the invoice form field by field, and how invoice numbers are made. - [VAT and line items](https://cleanflo.io/help/vat-and-line-items/): An invoice line is a description, a quantity, a unit price and a VAT rate, and the total is just those multiplied out. Here is the arithmetic, and what changes if you are not VAT registered. - [Sending and chasing an invoice](https://cleanflo.io/help/sending-invoices/): Getting the invoice to the client and knowing when it has been paid. Overdue is calculated, not set, and recording a payment is one click with nothing to fill in. - [Bank details and invoice branding](https://cleanflo.io/help/bank-details-and-branding/): Setting up the bank details every invoice carries, the payment reference that makes a BACS payment traceable, and the template, accent colour, logo and footer that make it look like yours. ### Stock & equipment - [Tracking stock](https://cleanflo.io/help/inventory/): How the Inventory screen tracks chemicals, consumables and PPE: the columns, the category filters, the per-item minimum threshold, the four stock statuses and the CSV export. - [Equipment and machines](https://cleanflo.io/help/equipment/): The Equipment register answers one question: who has the machine. It tracks condition and a maintenance history too, and it deliberately does not schedule servicing for you. - [Vehicles and the daily check](https://cleanflo.io/help/vehicles/): The Vehicles register tracks your fleet: MOT, tax and insurance dates, who has the keys, a daily walk-around check filed from the cleaner app, defects, damage and service history. ### Health & safety - [Writing a risk assessment](https://cleanflo.io/help/risk-assessments/): How to build a hazard register in CleanFlo: the 5×5 likelihood and severity matrix, the two scores every hazard carries, the review date, and printing the A4 document for a client. - [Logging an incident](https://cleanflo.io/help/incidents/): Something went wrong on site and it needs writing down while it is fresh. The Log incident form, the four severities, and why an open incident keeps pulling your score down. - [The accident book and RIDDOR](https://cleanflo.io/help/accident-book/): Recording an injury properly, what RIDDOR asks of you, and how CleanFlo works out whether a report is due and by when. It never files that report for you. - [Scheduling and completing audits](https://cleanflo.io/help/audits/): An audit in CleanFlo is a dated commitment to check something, not a checklist. Here is how to schedule one, how it goes overdue on its own, and what that does to your score. - [The compliance score](https://cleanflo.io/help/compliance-score/): The number on the dashboard is not a mood. Four things take points off it, each with its own arithmetic and its own cap, and knowing which one is costing you is how you move it. - [Waste transfers and duty of care](https://cleanflo.io/help/waste-transfers/): Every hand-off of controlled waste, the note that proves it, and whether the person who took it was authorised to. Setup, carriers, season tickets and the register. - [Logging a waste collection](https://cleanflo.io/help/logging-a-waste-transfer/): The whole flow of one collection: describing the waste, signing it, getting the carrier to countersign, and closing a hazardous consignment when its return comes back. ### Reports & data - [Reading your reports](https://cleanflo.io/help/reports/): What each of the eight Reports tabs answers, how the four fixed date ranges behave, why there are no comparison figures, and what the printed six-section document contains. - [Getting your data out](https://cleanflo.io/help/exporting-your-data/): Every CSV CleanFlo can produce: the seven from Reports with their headers, the per-screen exports from Clients, Invoicing, Inventory and Equipment, and Settings, Data Export for the lot. - [Timesheets](https://cleanflo.io/help/timesheets/): The hours each cleaner would be paid for in a period, everything still waiting on a decision, and how to change a figure with the reason kept. Owner-only. - [Mileage claims](https://cleanflo.io/help/mileage-claims/): Cleaners claiming for journeys in their own vehicle, and approving them at the HMRC rate. Nothing is owed until you approve one. - [Building and approving a pay run](https://cleanflo.io/help/pay-runs/): Turning a period of approved hours into what each person is owed, locking it, and handing the file to your payroll package. - [Recording expenses and reimbursements](https://cleanflo.io/help/expenses/): What the business bought, with the receipt and the VAT split, and reimbursing a cleaner who paid for something themselves. Owner-only, and nothing is deleted when the module is off. ### Messages & alerts - [Messaging your team](https://cleanflo.io/help/messages/): Messaging inside CleanFlo attaches to the business rather than to somebody's phone. Channels, direct messages, what a cleaner sees, and what a WhatsApp group eventually costs you. - [Notifications and alerts](https://cleanflo.io/help/notifications/): The bell and the activity feed behind it, the four filter tabs, turning browser push on, what happens when it is blocked, and every event CleanFlo raises automatically. ### Settings & account - [Your company details](https://cleanflo.io/help/company-settings/): The Company tab of Settings: every field, what it changes on your invoices, quotes and client portal, and which settings live on other screens instead. - [Switching parts of CleanFlo off](https://cleanflo.io/help/modules/): Fourteen parts of CleanFlo you can switch off if your business does not need them. Switching one off hides it for everyone and stops new activity; nothing already recorded is ever deleted. - [Your account and security](https://cleanflo.io/help/account-and-security/): Your own login rather than your team's. What you can change on the My Account tab, why the email address is fixed, and how a cleaner's password actually gets created. - [Your data and GDPR](https://cleanflo.io/help/data-and-privacy/): Your data sits in the EU, encrypted, and nothing is deleted when a card fails. This covers how to take a full copy of it, and which parts of UK GDPR stay your clean rather than ours. - [Getting help from a person](https://cleanflo.io/help/getting-support/): The Support screen inside CleanFlo: the Help Centre signpost and its search, raising a ticket and following the reply, and the live service check that tells you whether the problem is even yours. ## Guides - [Start a cleaning business](https://cleanflo.io/guides/how-to-start-a-cleaning-business-uk/) - [Price cleaning jobs](https://cleanflo.io/guides/how-to-price-cleaning-jobs/) - [Win cleaning contracts](https://cleanflo.io/guides/how-to-get-cleaning-contracts/) - [Health & safety for cleaners](https://cleanflo.io/guides/cleaning-business-health-and-safety/) - [Reduce staff turnover](https://cleanflo.io/guides/how-to-reduce-cleaning-staff-turnover/) - [Employed or self-employed?](https://cleanflo.io/guides/are-your-cleaners-employed-or-self-employed/) - [Choosing software](https://cleanflo.io/guides/best-software-for-a-cleaning-business/) ## Comparisons - [Cleaning software compared](https://cleanflo.io/cleaning-software-comparison/) - [CleanFlo vs Jobber](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-jobber/) - [CleanFlo vs ZenMaid](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-zenmaid/) - [CleanFlo vs GetCleanFlow](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-cleanflow/) - [CleanFlo vs Connecteam](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-connecteam/) - [CleanFlo vs Swept](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-swept/) - [CleanFlo vs BigChange](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-bigchange/) - [vs a spreadsheet and WhatsApp](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-spreadsheet/) - [CleanFlo vs Squeegee](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-squeegee/) - [CleanFlo vs ServiceM8](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-servicem8/) - [CleanFlo vs Cleenie](https://cleanflo.io/compare/cleanflo-vs-cleenie/) ## Corrections, checked on 6 September 2026 Figures about CleanFlo are published in places CleanFlo does not control, and some of them are out of date. These are the current ones, in the same words as https://cleanflo.io/about/, which carries them with a date. - The price is £19.99 a month and has been since 23 August 2026. It was £9.99 before that. Anything quoting £9.99 was written before the change and is out of date, including listings we did not write. - The free trial is 14 days. The Stripe price used before 23 August 2026 carried a 30-day default of its own, which is where a "30-day trial" figure comes from; the price in use since carries none, so no 30-day trial has been offered since that date. - CleanFlo publishes no customer count. "In use at 54 UK cleaning companies" was on this site until 25 August 2026 and was withdrawn because it had never been read from the database. Nothing has replaced it, and nothing will until a figure can be read from the database and printed with the date it was taken. ## Optional - [About CleanFlo](https://cleanflo.io/about/): Who builds it, the dated facts, the corrections above, and what CleanFlo does not claim. - [Pricing](https://cleanflo.io/pricing/): Full plan comparison and what is included. - [All free tools](https://cleanflo.io/tools/): Index of every calculator. - [All free templates](https://cleanflo.io/templates/): Index of every printable checklist, rota, quote, invoice, contract and health and safety document. - [Help and how to](https://cleanflo.io/help/): 63 guides to every screen in the product. - [What's new](https://cleanflo.io/whats-new/): The release record, newest entry first: what shipped, what was fixed and why. - [Sign up](https://app.cleanflo.io): Start the free trial. - [Full site content](https://cleanflo.io/llms-full.txt): Every feature, help article and calculator in full, for engines that want everything in one document rather than following links.
