What does an end-of-tenancy clean include?
Kitchen: inside and outside every cupboard and drawer, oven, hob, extractor and filters, fridge and freezer defrosted, washing machine drawer and seal, tiles and grout, sink and taps descaled. Bathrooms: limescale off tiles, screen, taps and shower head, toilet including behind and beneath, extractor vent. Throughout: skirtings, sockets, switches, door frames, tops of doors, radiators, window sills and interior glass, light fittings, carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped.
How quickly can you come?
Most weeks within 48 hours, and we work Saturdays. If you are handing back on a Monday, ring us on the Friday.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most people leave a key with us or with the agent. We log the collection and return.
What if the agent is not happy?
Tell us within 48 hours of the check-out and we come back and re-clean whatever was flagged, at no cost. It happens a handful of times a year and going back is always faster than arguing.
Do you work with letting agents?
Yes, on account with a monthly invoice. Eleven agents between Poole and Highcliffe book us directly. Ring and ask for the trade rate card.
Is the property empty?
It needs to be. We cannot clean around furniture and boxes and still hand you a checklist that will pass, if it is not clear on the day we will tell you rather than do half a job.

Coastal Cleaning Co does one thing: properties handed back at the end of a tenancy, to the standard an inventory clerk signs off.
We price by bedroom before we arrive, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay. Every clean is finished with a written checklist and photographs of each room, sent the same day: that is what an agent asks for when a deposit is disputed, and having it usually stops the dispute happening.
Most weeks we can be there within 48 hours, including Saturdays. We work with eleven letting agents along the coast from Poole to Highcliffe and take their bookings on account.
