Terms of service
What we promise, what we charge, and what happens when either of us wants to stop.
To finish: the registered company name and number, the registered address, the governing-law jurisdiction (England and Wales, or Scotland), and the address notices should be sent to. Until those are filled in this document is informational and not an enforceable contract.
What this covers
These terms cover your use of cleanflo.io, the marketing site, the guides and the free calculators, and set out the commercial terms of a CleanFlo subscription. The binding agreement for the application at app.cleanflo.io is the one presented to you when you create an account. Where the two disagree, the account agreement wins.
The free tools
The calculators on this site run in your browser and are offered free, with no sign-up. They are planning aids built on published UK figures and ordinary industry practice. They are not financial, tax, legal or health-and-safety advice, and the numbers they produce should be checked against your own costs before you quote a customer or file a return. We are not liable for decisions taken on their output.
Price and billing
- CleanFlo is £9.99 per month, flat. Unlimited staff, clients and locations: no per-seat or per-site charge.
- Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access.
- Billing is month to month. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee.
- Prices are in GBP. Where VAT applies it is shown before you are charged.
- If we change the price we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel rather than accept it.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. If you let a trial lapse without subscribing, the account is paused rather than deleted and your data stays where it is.
Your data
Your business data is yours. You can export your records: including a one-click CSV of your financial ledger, at any time while your account is active. See our privacy policy for how personal data is handled.
Acceptable use
Do not use CleanFlo to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
Availability and liability
We work to keep CleanFlo available and backed up, but no software is faultless and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top of this page and tell active subscribers.
