How it works

    Switch it on

    An owner turns Flo on in Settings. It is off by default, per company.

    Ask, or press draft

    Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and ask in plain English, or press the draft button on a quote, a RAMS or an empty shift.

    Check it, then confirm

    Answers link to the records behind them. Drafts and actions wait for you; nothing reaches a client or a cleaner until you confirm.

Questions

01 Does the AI cost extra?
No. It is included in the £19.99 plan, with no add-on and no credits to buy. Fair-use monthly limits apply so that the price can stay flat.
02 What data does it see?
Only your own company's records, under the same per-company access rules as the rest of CleanFlo. Requests are processed by Anthropic, our AI sub-processor, and it is never shown another company's data.
03 How accurate is it?
It is a first draft, and it is in beta. Quotes show their assumptions, RAMS are marked as drafts, and actions wait for your confirmation, so you check everything before a client or a cleaner sees it.
04 Will it make things up?
It answers from your own records, not from the internet, and every figure links back to the invoice, shift or site it came from. When it is unsure it says so. Quotes list their assumptions and RAMS stay marked as drafts until you approve them.
05 Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Requests are processed by Anthropic to produce the answer and are not used to train their models, under Anthropic's commercial terms. The detail is on the security page.
06 How do I turn it on?
It is off by default and switched on per company: an owner turns it on in Settings, and can switch it off again at any time.
