Every site in one book.
Every branch its own account.
CleanFlo is the rota, the site records and the invoicing for UK cleaning groups with several sites, and for franchise networks where each branch is its own business.
Built in Cornwall. No signup needed to look: the demo is a real CleanFlo company, open to anyone.
What is actually different at fifteen sites.
Not a tier and not a feature set held back for one. These are the four things about CleanFlo that only start to matter once the work is spread across more addresses than you can hold in your head.
One invoice for a month, with every site on it
The invoice run picks a month, gathers every completed job that has not been billed and groups it by client, so a landlord with nine buildings gets one itemised VAT invoice rather than nine. Each line carries the job, the site it happened at and the date, with your sort code, account number and a unique payment reference at the foot of it.
A site is a record, not an address field
Every location holds its own property details and access notes, the keys and door codes kept against it, the issues logged there and every clean it has ever had. A risk assessment can be scoped to one site rather than to the company, so the warehouse and the dental practice do not share a hazard sheet, and the cleaner attending sees what that site needs on their own phone.
Every site on one map
A portfolio spread over three counties is a list of postcodes until you see it laid out. The map holds every site you have, and the jobs, keys, issues and access codes sit against each one rather than in a spreadsheet somebody keeps privately.
Fourteen switches, so one account is not another
Vehicles, waste transfer notes, expenses, payroll and ten more are modules an owner turns on and off, so the branch that runs vans and the branch that does not are not looking at the same app. It is one product with one price, set up two ways.
Unlimited staff, clients and locations on every account, so none of this moves the bill. The whole list is on the features page, and the multi-site argument for soft FM contracts specifically is on the facilities management page.
If you are a franchise, read this bit first.
The question a franchisee asks is not about features. It is whether the account is theirs. Three answers, none of them hedged.
If a franchisor view is the thing you need, CleanFlo is not it today. Write to sales@cleanflo.io anyway and say so: what is being asked for, and by how many businesses, is the only thing that would ever change it.
What to send, and what happens next.
There is no discovery call, no qualification form and nothing to book in a calendar. It is an email and a reply.
Send four things
How many sites, how many cleaners, whether the branches are one business or several separate ones, and what you are moving off. Four lines is plenty. If there is a deadline, say what it is.
A person reads it
A reply comes back from somebody who can answer, usually within a working day. There is no switchboard, and the answer to a question the product cannot do is that it cannot do it.
You look before you decide
The demo account opens with no signup and no form, and the trial is the whole product for 14 days. Nothing here needs a sales process wrapped round it.
sales@cleanflo.io is the address for this. The contact form reaches the same people if you would rather not open a mail client, and the pricing page is where the one price and everything in it is set out.

Put your worst site through it.
14 days, every feature, no card to start. Take the site with the awkward access, the specification nobody can find and the invoice that goes out late, and see what the software does with it before you decide.
