The website
you never got round to.
CleanFlo is a cleaning business website builder with the software around it: 14 layouts, live at cleanflo.io/p/your-name, with the quote form landing in your own enquiries inbox.
Built in Cornwall. No signup needed to look: the demo is a real CleanFlo company, open to anyone.
A finished page, with the form on it
Coastal Cleaning Co is a made-up company, published so you can read a finished one rather than a description of one. It is running the Deposit layout: fixed prices by bedroom, a 48-hour re-clean, and the checklist an inventory clerk signs off. The bar at the top switches it between all 14.
Specimen company, not a customer. The form on it does not send. Everything else is what the product produces.
Open the Coastal demoThe page, and the form that makes it worth having
The layout is the part people notice. The form is the part that pays for itself, because an enquiry with an address on it is a job you can quote from the van.
14 shapes, not one shape in 14 colours
Deposit leads on a fixed price by bedroom. Round leads on the streets you cover. Blueprint leads on the specification. They are structurally different pages, because a move-out specialist and a window round are not selling the same thing.
A quote form that lands in Enquiries
Not an email address on a page. An enquiry arrives with the address, the job and a phone number attached, badged so you know the page sent it, and moves through new, contacted, quoted, won or lost.
The same form on a site you already have
One line of HTML, in your own accent colour. If you already have a website you like, take the form and leave the rest.
Your real job count and rating
Read from your own book rather than typed in. Nothing about a client ever appears: no address, no job, and never a cleaner’s photograph from inside somebody’s house.
Most of it filled in before you start
Four questions and a design, built out of the services, the town and the job history CleanFlo already holds. Or ignore the questions and pick one of the 14 yourself.
In the £19.99
Not an add-on, not a setup fee, not a separate plan. It is part of the one price, the same as the rota and the invoicing.
What happens after somebody fills it in
A stranger typing into a form at half nine at night is the whole point of having a page at all. This is where they land, and what they land as.
- 01
They tell you seven things
Their name, a business name if it is one, an email address, a phone number, where the job is, what needs cleaning and when would suit them. Only the name, the description and one way of replying are compulsory, because a form that demands an address before it will listen is a form people close.
- 02
It arrives as an enquiry, not a client
Most people who fill in a web form never become a customer, and a client record for every one of them would poison the client list, the portal and every report that counts clients. So a lead is its own thing, and your client list stays the list of people who actually pay you.
- 03
It says where it came from
Badged "Your website" when it came through the page CleanFlo renders, and "Quote form" when it came through the link you pasted somewhere else or embedded on a site of your own. Two doors, told apart, so you can see which one is working.
- 04
The oldest unanswered one is at the top
Not the newest. New, contacted, quoted, won or lost are the five states a lead moves through, and the inbox opens on the one that has been waiting longest without a reply, because that is the one you are about to lose. Newest first is still there when you want a log rather than a queue.
- 05
One press turns it into a quote
The quote number is allocated, the quote and its lines are written, and only then is the enquiry marked as quoted and linked to it. If the quote saves and the link does not, you are told rather than congratulated: the quote is real and you need its number.
- 06
Or put the same form on the site you already have
One line of HTML. It carries your own accent colour, square or rounded corners, and its own background or none at all, so it sits inside a page you already like instead of replacing it. Those enquiries land in exactly the same inbox.
Pick the costume of your trade
14 of them, and the switcher at the top of the demo runs through every one on the same company, so the shapes are something you check rather than something you take on trust.

What this is not
Three things worth knowing before you build one, rather than after.
- The address is cleanflo.io/p/your-name. It cannot be swapped for a domain of your own. If that is a condition of buying, it is better you know now than in week three.
- The quote form is an enquiry form. It does not take a card from a customer, and there is no guest checkout.
- Nothing about a client goes on the page. That is a rule in the product, not a setting you can turn off.
