On the name: CleanFlo is not KleanFlo and not CleanFlow. Those are other companies' products, each a letter away from this one, and an app store search for the name turns up one of them rather than us, because there is nothing of ours in there to find. The page to send your cleaners says the same thing to them: how to sign in, their language, and that there is nothing to install.

The cleaning staff mobile app, in the field

Simple enough for any team member to use from day one. No training needed.

Daily schedule view

Each cleaner sees only their jobs for the day. Client name, address, time, and special instructions: all in one screen.

Instant push alerts

New job assigned? Schedule changed? Cancellation? Your cleaner is notified in seconds: before they even leave home.

On-site checklists

Tap through vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, and kitchens as they go. Completed checklists saved for your records.

Start and complete, on the phone

Start clean when they arrive, Complete clean when they leave: a real record of when the job began and finished, with the checklist and photographs against it. The hours in reports are estimated from the job as scheduled, not a verified timesheet. One location fix at each end is compared against the property address, so the job shows the distance and flags a start well outside it. Nothing is tracked in between.

The address, one tap away

One tap opens the job's address in the phone's own maps app. No copying addresses out of a message thread.

Works offline

The day, the addresses, the access notes and the checklists are on the phone before they leave. In a basement with no bars every tick and photograph queues, and it all syncs when the signal comes back.

Frequently asked questions

01 Is there an app for cleaners to download from the App Store or Google Play?
No, and there is nothing of ours in either store to find. The cleaning staff mobile app opens at a link you send, runs in the phone's own browser and can be added to the home screen from there, where it opens full screen like any other app. Nothing to install means nothing to update, and a cleaner who changes phone is back in by opening the same link.
02 How does a cleaner get in on their first day?
Add them, then send the invite the way you already talk to them: WhatsApp, a text message, or whatever your phone's share sheet offers. The link is theirs alone, lasts a fortnight, and they set their own password on their own phone. You can see who has been invited and who never set themselves up.
03 What happens when there is no signal at the property?
The day, the addresses, the access notes and the checklists are already on the phone, so the job opens with no bars at all. Every tick, note and photograph queues in the order it was made and syncs when the signal comes back. If a device has never held a copy of the schedule it says so plainly rather than showing an empty day.
04 Which language does it show a cleaner?
Whichever of 27 their phone is set to, matched automatically and without anybody choosing anything. The region is ignored, so a phone set to Brazilian or European Portuguese gets Portuguese either way, and Arabic and Urdu lay the whole interface out right to left rather than merely translating it. A cleaner who picks a language by hand keeps it.
05 Can a cleaner see everybody else's jobs?
No. They see the work assigned to them, plus anything on the board carrying their name that has not been linked to their account yet, which is there so a job nobody can be found by does not quietly disappear off somebody's phone. The rest of the rota, the client list, the money and the reports are not on this app at all.
06 Does it record where a cleaner is?
At two moments only: when they start a clean and when they complete one. Each fix is compared against the property address and flagged only when it is a long way out. Nothing is recorded between jobs, after work or on a day off, and a cleaner who declines the permission carries on working exactly as before. The clock-in page sets out the whole of it.

The two location fixes, the ledger they write and the timesheet that reads it: clocking in and out.
