- In the EU/UK region of our hosting provider, walled off per company by the database itself rather than by the app being careful. Clients, sites, jobs, invoices, quotes and staff export to CSV whenever you want them, from inside the product, without asking us.
- What it does not do.
- There is no live sync with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage: invoices and payments export as CSV for your bookkeeper, and nothing syncs on its own. The hours in the reports are estimated from the job as scheduled, not a verified timesheet, so treat them as workload rather than as evidence in a billing argument.
- What the first evening costs.
- A first client and a first job on the rota take about fifteen minutes. Moving a real book across is an evening: clients, sites, services and staff import from a spreadsheet, but the keys, the alarm codes and who cleans what are yours to check.
